- This option is best for: Complete beginners and those wanting to learn and embed knowledge over time, and benefit from repeating classes through multiple video viewings
- What’s the cost? A one-off payment of £100 for the year. Your access will expire after this time, and you can choose whether you want to purchase again. Even if you only watch each class twice over the year, this works out at just £5 per class!
Single Class Rental:
Want to try a single class first, or not sure you’ll have time for the full course? No problem! You can rent the individual videos in the course for 48 hours each, and get an on-demand yoga class when you need it!

Class Five: Hands, Arms & Shoulders. Relieve shoulder tension and achy wrists with this supportive class. Learn how to engage your hands and arms to lighten the load on your joints, whilst fostering strength and connection through your core.
Class Six: Spirals and Rotations. Play with rolls, rotations, and spirals to open the sides of your body and rejuvenate your spine. Find your centre through the breath and discover a ‘felt sense’ of your body. A joyful way to complete the series!
