Beginning with an easy warm-up lying on the ground, and progressing to gentle challenges on all fours and standing postures, this class will help you:
- Discover your ‘sixth sense’, proprioception, and develop awareness of your body and breath from the inside out
- Gain confidence in balances and feel more stable and grounded day-to-day
